Are you?

When we are in need of others to help us....we must not ask people to suit our time. This attitude is not right. Instead, we must try out best to suit others schedule. Or not we will never get the help that we need to.

A situation to think about.....If you are in Fear Factor competition...and the final stage you are asked to do somethings that you are phobic of....what are you going to do??? Walk away??? Continue by overcoming your fear and dislike???

This can be apply in our life....no matter how hard it is to get what we want (be it a help from someone or anything else), we must do it...we can't just ask people to change just because we are afraid or we are lazy or we don't like!!

When we work as a group, we must be able to share opinions, accept others opinions. That is why we work as a group. When there are more than one option, we must be able to follow the majority. This is what is meant by group work. Indeed we need a good leader to lead. However, a leader must be able to accept others and able to adjust to everyone in order to have things work out. A leader should not just do what they think is right. As God don't make a perfect person.

Eg, having a group meeting out of the blue. The leader must know that people also have a schedule to follow, though no objection has been spoken, but people still speaks. To be a successful leader, we must be able to communicate with the team, be considerable, be able accept to the better ideas, etc.

If a leader insist of doing things their way, sooner or later people will get to know how this leader function and sad to say....people will not want to join in the future and hence i would say that the leader has failed. Not just to himself but to the others.

A caring, considerable and friendly friend indeed is a good thing. However, if over concern it will not be a good thing.

Considering this, do we need to tell our friend where we want to go???

To me, if i want to tell, i will tell you. If i choose to be discrete about it, then why should one continue to ask? Don't you think that is slightly 'step into ones privacy?'. What one wants to say is fully dependent on that person. If one choose not to say, then why should we persist to know the answer.

A situation arise......one says he has given the book back to the owner, but the owner deny the return of the book. So....who is actually being dishonest here, I wonder!!! Consider that book to has a high value to the owner, will the owner not notice that the book has been returned if it has really been returned to the owner????

This is a very good Q to think of!!!

Now what if the person swear that he has return the book to the owner and said that the owner have either lost is or misplaced it.....what will the owner feel???? Certainly the owner get angry...as the book was never returned.
